The National Competence Centers in the Framework of EuroHPC (EuroCC) II project started with a kick-off meeting held on February 7-9th in Stuttgart. The project lasts for 3 years. It is a continuation of an initiative by the HLRS and includes 33 European countries.
The national HPC Competence Centres provide HPC, HPDA, and AI services to industry, academia, and public administrations, delivering tailored / modular service packages and solutions for a wide variety of users, with an aim to ease and foster the transition towards wider uptake of digital HPC-oriented technologies in Europe.
